Johnnie Andrew Hensley

Memorial services for Mr. Johnnie Andrew Hensley, age 70, of Cookeville, will be held Saturday, June 28, 2014 at 2:30 pm. at the Kingdom Hall Of Jehovah’s Witnesses located at 3850 Gainesboro Grade Cookeville, TN. The family will receive friends Saturday June 28, 2014 from 1:30 p.m. until time of service. Mr. Hensley passed away Sunday, June 22, 2014 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center following a long term illness. He was born December 28, 1943 in Cookeville to the late Roy B. Hensley and Vina Lou Robinson Hensley. Johnny was a faithful member of Kingdom Hall Of Jehovah’s Witnesses. He loved to read his Bible and was very dedicated to sharing the ministry. Mr. Hensley is survived by four sisters, Freda L. Nelson of Bucyrus OH, Reba Joyce Hensley of Cookeville, Mittie Savannah & husband (James) Peach of Madison TN, Martha & husband (Randall) Wicke of Bucyrus, Ohio; one brother; Clifford B. & wife (Shirley Haney) Hensley of Cookeville. Mr. Hensley is also survived by several nieces, nephews and a host of friends. In addition to his parents, Johnnie was preceded in death by his brother, Junior Lee Hensley and two sisters, Thelma Jean Hensley and Helen Z. Bean. Bro. John Tre’Gillus will officiate the service.
