COOKEVILLE, TN – Dr. Joseph Edward Wiles, affectionately known as Dr. Joe, was born on March 26, 1943, in Owensboro, KY, and passed away peacefully on November 21, 2023, in Cookeville, TN. Joe was preceded in death by his parents, George and Minerva Lytle Wiles, his son Joey Wiles, his brother Lee Wiles, sister-in-law Ok Sun Wiles and brother-in-law Lyle Lipke.
