Jerry Wayne Carmack

Mr. Jerry Wayne Carmack, age 58, of Hilham passed away on April 4th 2015 at his residence. Jerry was born September 14, 1956 in Livingston TN to the late William Howard Carmack and Willie B. Gibbons McCoy. Mr. Carmack loved spending time with his family. He was a loving husband, father, son and friend to many. Jerry is survived by his wife, Roxanne Allison Carmack; his mother, Willie B. Gibbons McCoy of Cookeville; one daughter, Allison Nicole Carmack of Hilham; one son, William Jesse Carmack of Hilham; one sister, Yvonne (husband Pete) Barlow of Mt. Juliet. Jerry also leaves behind a host of friends and family members. Jerry is preceded in death by his father, William Howard Carmack; one brother, Dickie Carmack & one sister, Sherry Shanzer. Memorial service will be held at a later date.
