Jeffrey William Davis

Funeral Services for Mr. Jeffrey William Davis of Baxter, will be held Sunday, December 5, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Dyer Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Pleasant View Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 4, 2010 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Chapel of Dyer Funeral Home. Jeff passed away Thursday, December 2, 2010. Mr. Davis was born in Caleb County West Virginia to Bill and Judy Davis. He loved his family and enjoyed reading, gardening, and fishing. Jeff will be remembered for his compassionate heart and his willingness to always help others. He is survived by his wife, Dean Davis; one daughter, Hope Davis of Chesapeake Ohio, two step-children, Dana Campbell (husband Chad) of Cookeville and Jammie Johnson (husband Philip) of Seattle Washington. Jeff is also survived by his parents Bill and Judy Davis of West Virginia, one sister Tammy Neubert (husband Howard) of Alabama, and two brothers Matthew Davis (wife Amanda) of Oregon and Aaron Davis (wife Debra) of West Virginia. He was grandpa to one granddaughter Paige Burns, and four step-grandchildren, Geoffrey and Sammy Johnson, Logan and Kennady Campbell. Mr. Davis is also survived by his Mother-in-law, Notie Bussell and a brother-in-law and friend, Bud Bussell. Mr. Davis was preceded in death by his grandparents Thelma and Calvin Bailey and Ula and Mary Ann Davis, and his father-in-law Hillmon Bussell.
