COOKEVILLE -- Funeral services for Jeffrey Alan Meyer, 48, of Cookeville, will be held Monday, Sept. 8, at 11 a.m. from the chapel of Dyer Funeral Home. The family has chosen cremation. Family will receive friends Sunday, Sept. 7, from 2-9 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Meyer died Thursday, Sept. 4, 2008, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He was born Jan. 4, 1960, in Indianapolis, Ind., to the late Warren and Barbara Byrd Meyer. Mr. Meyer was a carpenter. His family includes two brothers, Greg Meyer of Clarkston, Mich., and Tony Meyer of Dearborne, Mich. Bro. Sterl Paramore will officiate the services.
