Jeannie Brown

Gloria Jean (Jeannie) Brown, age 75 of Cookeville, passed away Sunday April 2, 2023 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. Private services will be held on Friday April 7th 2023

Jean was born June 1, 1947 in Charleston, WV. to the late Roy Elmer Graybeal and Mary Lucille Richard Graybeal.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Patricia Mathis and brother, Richard E.Graybeal. A grandchild Joshua Kyle Lawson and great grand children Ryleigh-Ann Faye Kimball and James Clearance Falzone Jr.

Jean’s family includes her children, Dianna J. (Peter) Wickizer of Springfield, VA. Mindy Neace of Strongsville, OH. Cindy L. (Tony) Darienzo of Garfield Heights, OH, Shawna L. (Eric) Smith of Cookeville, TN. Stephanie L. (James) Lawson of Gainesboro, TN. and Danny (Rebecca) Scaggs of Indian Mound, TN. siblings, Sher Williams (Darrin Spivey) of Gainesboro, TN. Marybeth Estep (Jeff Rivers) of Middleboro, FL. Robert G. (Luann) Graybeal of Cleveland OH.Timothy Barefield of Cleveland,OH. Clyde D. (Susan ) Graybeal of Cleveland, OH. Also, 23 grandchildren and 46 great grandchildren. She had a great many nieces and nephews as well.

A mother is she who can take the place of all others but whose place no one else can take.
