BAXTER-Funeral services for Janice Marie McHenry, 79 of Baxter, will be Thursday, October 10 at 11 AM at the Baxter Chapel of Hooper Huddleston Horner Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Odd Fellows Cemetery. Mrs. McHenry died Monday morning, October 7, 2019 at Bailey Manor of Cookeville. She was born July 20, 1940 in Putnam County to the late Joe Hilary and Effie Velma Cooper Livesay. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by husband Willie Roy McHenry, sisters Sheila Earline (Clarence Vestle) Nelson and Lillian Jo (John Estle) Nelson, brother Clarence Burton Livesay. She was a graduate of Algood High School. She was a homemaker and member of Baxter Church of Christ. Survivors include brother and sister-in-law James Douglas "Bud" and Lori Anne (Hutchings) Livesay of Sparta, brother-in-law and sisters-in-law Claude and Carolyn McHenry of Baxter, Judy (Brown) Livesay, several nieces and nephews. Bro. Tim McHenry will officiate. Nephews will serve as pallbearers. Family will receive friends Wednesday from 5 to 8 PM and after 9 AM Thursday at the funeral home.
