Funeral services for Miss Jane Evelyn West, age 80 of Cookeville, will be held Saturday April 23 at 10 a.m. in the Cookeville Chapel of Hooper-Huddleston & Horner Funeral Home with Rev. Ted Kocher officiating. Interment will follow in Cookeville City Cemetery. Miss West family will receive friends Friday from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. until service time at the funeral home. Miss West died Thursday morning April 21, 2016 in Cookeville Regional Medical Center. She was born January 17, 1936 in Overton County, Tennessee to the late Alex and Rhoda Hawkins West. She was a homemaker and of the Protestant Faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Jessie Ogletree and brother, Freddie West. Survivors include her sister, Sue Randolph of Cookeville; nieces, nephews, and extended family members. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
