James Brent

Mr. James B. Brent, age 78, of Cookeville and formerly of Orlando, Florida, died on Thursday January 5, 2017 at Signature HealthCARE of Putnam County. No services are planned Mr. Brent was born August 3, 1938 in Mayfield, Kentucky to the late Flavius and Metta Irene Humphries Brent. He was a graduate of Mayfield High School. He served his country as a member of the United States Air Force. He was employed with Delta Airlines, working in Phoenix, Arizona and Orlando. In addition to his parents, he was proceeded in death by a brother, Billy Joe Brent and by a sister, Bobby Jean. He is survived by a niece, Deborah Brent of Cape Canaveral, Florida.
