Memorial Services for James B. McCaleb JR, age 55 of Cookeville, will be Tuesday, August 16, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. The family will recieve friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Dyer Funeral Home. Left behind to mourn his passing is wife Connie Harris McCaleb, ex-wife Karen McCaleb and their children Kevin (Roz) McCaleb, Jess McCaleb, Alicia (Jesse) Day, grandson Holden Day and stepdaughters Rachel, Melissa and Beth. He is also survived by two sisters: Jan Francis and Brenda (Kenny) Randolph; two brothers Ron McCaleb, Joe (Shelia) McCaleb; an Aunt Dell Henley and many nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his faithful companions; Ramone, Melvin, Cricket, Capone, Buzz, Smoke, Bronson, Shy and Dixon. Jim was preceded in death by his parents Juanita and James B. McCaleb SR. Sister Shari Allen. James was an army veteran and will be buried will be buried with military honors. Bro. Tracy Gross will officiate.
