Izella Kelly

Funeral Services for Izella Kelly age 79 of Silver Point, will be held at 12:00 p.m. Noon Wednesday , March 23, 2011 from the Chapel of Dyer Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Crest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday March 22, 2011 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Ms. Kelly died Sunday, March 20, 2011 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. She was born April 28, 1931 in Putnam County to the late Jesse Fate and Martha Hancock Roberts. Izella enjoyed the simple things in life like gardening, cooking and sitting on her porch. While living in New York, she worked as a clerk on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange. Izella is survived by her daughter; Margaret Ann Crain (Jeff) of Silver Point. She is also survived by grandchildren; Chad Crain of Silver Point and Candace Crain Reed (Joey) of Lebanon TN and one great grandchild, Kellee Reed. Mrs. Kelly was preceded in death by her husband; Edward Charles Kelly. One brother Dick Roberts, Five sisters; Sara Henley, Abbie Henley, Brizellie Thomas, Dinellie Pullum, and Effie Haller, three baby sibling boys and a Great Granddaughter Kylee Reed. Pallbearers will be Chad Crain, Jeff Crain, John Crain, Pateick Crain, Drew Cannon and Kyle Judd. Bro. John Wilson will officiate the service.
