Herman Cirocco

A Memorial Service with military honors for Mr. Herman Paul Cirocco, age 92, of Cookeville, will be held Friday, May 29 at 11 am at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church with Father Christiano Nunas da Silva officiating. Visitation will be held following the service at the church. Mr. Cirocco died Friday May 15, 2020 at Bethesda Health Care and Rehabilitation Center. He was born July 24, 1927 in Buffalo, NY to the late Frank and Anna Desiario Cirocco. Herman married Constance Cicatello on June 1, 1953. They moved to Ft. Lauderdale, FL, in 1972, where he owned and operated Storm Shutters of FL for 40 years. While in Florida, they were members of St. Elizabeth's Church. They moved to Cookeville in 2006 and were members of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. He lived a good life, traveled the world, and enjoyed helping others, especially the underprivileged. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 64 years, Constance Cirocco; grandson, Charlie Persico; sisters, Grace Dirsoa and Beatrice Lobene; and brothers, Gordan Cirocco and Eugene Lobene. He is survived by daughter, Deborah Ann (Raymond) Malouin of Cookeville; son, William Paul (Louise) Cirocco of San Francisco, CA; grandchildren, Julianna Salvotre Persico, William Paul Cirocco, and Sarah Cirocco; and by great grandchildren, Dominic and Charlotte Perlet.
