Helen Gertrude Fournier

Mrs. Helen Gertrude Fournier passed away Sunday, November 18, 2012 at Master's Health Care Center in Algood. Graveside Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at the Evergreen Cemetery in Leominster MA. Mrs. Fournier was born December 13, 1920 in Roxbury MA to the late James Leslie and Gertrude Delano Leslie. She was retired as a customer service representative from the Sears Corporation. Helen is survived by one daughter, Doris [Dody} Quinn (husband Richard) of Leominster MA; three grandchildren, Marie Murphy (husband Murf) of Quebeck TN, Teresa Hart (husband Robert) of Sparta TN and Pamela Girouard also of Sparta. In addition Mrs. Fournier is survived by nine great grandchildren; William Measles (Kristie) of NY, Jessica Prater (Justin) of Sparta TN, John Hart also of Sparta, Brian Hart (Erica) U.S. Navy, Neal Hart, Matthew Cimino, Rodney Cimino, Michael Cimino and Nicole Cimino, all of Sparta. She is also survived by twelve great-great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Helen was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Charles Fournier, one son Joseph Charles (Rusty) Fournier Jr., one brother Fredrick Leslie and a very special friend, Verna Heughan. The family would like to offer a very special 'Thank You' to the staff of Master's Health Care Center for your wonderful care of Helen while she was a resident there.
