Hattie Strong

Mrs. Hattie Nel Strong, age 77 of Algood, died Tuesday, August 30, 2016 at her residence. A memorial service will be held at a later date. She was born October 27, 1938 in Putnam County to the late William and Bessie Stover Palk. She was a graduate of Cookeville High School and Tennessee Tech University. She was a member of West View Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband of nearly 40 years, Billy ‘Bill' Strong, sons, Dan Strong and wife Kathy of Griffin, GA and Steve Strong and wife Marcel of Canton, GA; and by four grandchildren, Daniel, Rachel, Sara and Annie Strong.
