Gaylene Fields

Funeral services for Gaylene Love Fields, 65, of Granville, TN will be held Tuesday, August 9 at 2 p.m. at Granville United Methodist Church with Pastor Rick Phipps officiating. The family will receive friends Monday 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the church and again Tuesday 12 noon until time of services. Mrs. Fields died Thursday, August 4, 2011 at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville. She was born April 15, 1946 in Washington D.C. to the late Arel Bowden and Eunice Spence Cook. Mrs. Fields was a homemaker. She was also a former EMT with Emergency Medical Services in Citrus County, FL She is survived by her husband, Dr. Richard Dean Fields of Granville (whom she married August 4, 1979 in Inverness, FL), son and daughter-in-law, Scott and Tammy Fields of Livingston; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Arel Allen and Joyce Cook of New Jersey and Madison Cook of Florida; four grandchildren, Brandon, Ashley, Emma & Connor Fields.
