COOKEVILLE - Funeral services for Brenda "Gail" Dyer, age 75 of Carlisle, Ohio and formerly of Cookeville will be held Thursday, December 3rd at 11:00 a.m. at the chapel of Hooper-Huddleston & Horner Funeral Home. Rev. Jason Groe will officiate. Interment will follow in Sand Springs Memorial Gardens. Her family will receive friends Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home. Gail died suddenly Sunday November 22, 2020 at home. She was born Thursday May 17, 1945 in Cookeville to the late Benton and Edna Buckner Farley. Gail and her late husband owned Dyer's Caulking and Waterproofing Company until their retirement. She was a long-time member of Poplar Grove Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Dyer; and granddaughter, Jennifer Rae Dearth. Survivors include daughters, Sandy (Al) Knipp of Carlisle, Ohio; Linda Ashburn and Susan Dyer, both of Cookeville; granddaughter, Jessica (Andrew) White and 3 great grandsons of Cookeville; and brother, Terry Farley of Florida.
