Frances Roach

ALGOOD, TN-Graveside services and interment for Mrs. Frances Ann Roach, 77, of Algood, will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, January 6th at the Algood City Cemetery. Bro. John Anderson will officiate. Friends and family will gather Tuesday from 4 to 8p.m.at the Algood Family Event Center and again Wednesday from 11 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. at the Algood Family Event Center. Mrs. Roach passed away peacefully Sunday morning January 3, 2016 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. She was born December 11, 1938 in Algood, TN to the late Herbert and Winnie Harp West. Frances graduated from Algood High School and attended Tennessee Tech University. She was married to her high school sweetheart, the late Bruce Glynn Roach, for 57 years before his passing in 2014. Frances was retired from Frontier Communications. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Alice Netherton, and by brothers, L.B. West and Earl West. She is survived by her loving sons, Tim Roach of Nashville and Scott Roach and wife Tracy Webb Roach of Algood; beloved grandson Michael Roach of Nashville; two sisters, Georgia Lee Allen and Mildred Simcox, both of Cookeville; and by many loving nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be her nephews Jerry Allen, Jimmy Allen, John Allen, Mike West, Tommy West and Craig West. Hooper Huddleston & Horner Funeral Homes is in charge of arrangements. (931) 526-6111.
