Eva Allen

Eva Ruth Allen, 82 of Cookeville died Sunday, August 14, 2022 in Cookeville Regional Medical Center, surrounded by her three children. Her wishes of cremation and no service are being honored. She was born November 6, 1939 in Putnam County, TN. Survivors include her children Clyde (Pat) Allen, Carol (Max) Carter, Shane (Karen) Allen all of Cookeville, grandchildren: Andrea Allen, Chris Allen both of Cookeville, Evan (Mary) Allen of Murfreesboro, Claire (Ian) Bass of Chattanooga, Paul Allen of Nashville and Sam Allen of Cookeville, sisters Bonnie Allen and Geneva Gaw both of Cookeville. The family wishes to thank her caregivers, Pam Buck and Pat Sullivan and a "special thank you" to Crystal Romines also to her doctor, Ernest Buchanan.
