Emogene Chaffin

Funeral Services for Emogene Chaffin, age 83, a resident of Roseville MI, formally of Gainesboro TN passed away peacefully with family and loved ones by her side on August 26, 2011 at St. John Oakland Macomb Hospital, in Warren MI. She was born March 25, 1928 in Jackson County, Tennessee to the late Cordell and Ina Fox Locke. Mrs. Chaffin was known as “MA-MA” to everyone who knew her. Her family was her life and they will always remember her for her strength. Visitation will be held Wednesday August 31, 2011 from 11:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. at the Chapel of Dyer Funeral Home with a graveside service to follow at 1:00 p.m. in the Cookeville City Cemetery. Emogene is survived by her daughters; Connie (the late Jerry) Rowland and Elaine (Dan) Chambers and the late Jeanette Chaffin. She was a loving grandmother to Jennifer Hill. Bro.Kevin Daughrity will officiate the services.
