Edward Myles Henwood, age 54 of Cookeville, passed away Thursday, January 10, 2013 at his residence. The family has chosen cremation, and a memorial service is planned for Friday January 18, 2013 at 5:00 p.m. Edward was born August 19, 1958 in Clyde Park, Montana to the late Hobson Henwood and Faye West Henwood. Mr. Henwood was a district manager with Budget trucking. Edward loved his grandchildren, camping, reading and had a passion for shooting guns. Edward is survived by his wife, Debbie Boles Henwood; two daughters, Ashley (Chris) Flores of Santa Maria California, Julie (Jason) Smith of Jamestown. Two sons; Denver Henwood of Hayward California, Eric (Angela) Slaven of Cookeville; four brothers, Dale (Brenda) Henwood, Bill Henwood, Mike Henwood and Tom Henwood all of Montana, three sisters; Sylvia Bailey, Pattie (Mike) Fredricks and Barbara (Ivan) Jenkins all of Montana. Edward also is survived by seven grandchildren; Zoey Linder, Sophie Smith, Jason Robert Smith, Myles Alfred and Alyssa Flores, Addison Slaven. In addition to his parents, Edward was preceded in death by two brothers, Gary and Richard Henwood. Dyer Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
