Donnie Wade West

Mr. Donnie Wade West, age 47 of Cookeville, passed away Sunday July 17, 2011 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. The family has choosen cremation and a private service was held for the family on Sunday evening July 17, 2011 at the Chapel of Dyer Funeral Home. Mr. West is survived by his daughter, Trendella (Lee) Caudill of Cookeville, One son, Donnie Harville of Livingston. His mother, Rosa West of Cookeville and two grandchildren, Dyannicis Caudill, Alexis Harville. He is slao survived by two brothers, Ronnie (Betty) West of Cookeville, Johnny ( Lucille) West also of Cookeville, and four sisters, Mary Ann (Jim) Haney, Anna (Darrell) Garrett, Sara (Tim) Shoemake and Wanda (Tom) Jones all of Cookeville. He was preceded in death by his father, John West Donnie also leaves behind a several nieces and nephews. The family has requested contributions to be made to Dyer Funeral Home.
