Donna Ray Daniels

Funeral services for Donna Ray Daniels, age 43, of Lebanon and formerly of Cookeville, will be at 1 p.m. Thursday January 23 in the Cookeville Chapel of Hooper Huddleston and Horner Funeral Home. Pastor Tim Miles will officiate. Interment will follow in the Crest Lawn Cemetery. Donna's family will receive friends Thursday from 11 a.m. until service time. Donna passed away Saturday January 18, 2020 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She was born October 27, 1976 in Farmington Hills, MI to Raymond Daniels and Frances Ann Blankenship Daniels of Cookeville. Donna worked at Fed Ex in Lebanon. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her brother, Timothy Ray Daniels of Lisbon, ND; aunts, Marilyn Blankenship of Detroit, MI, Sherry Fay Johnson of Smithville, TN, Belinda Blankenship of Allen Park, MI, Crystal Wilcoxson of Sparta, TN, and Tammy Tucker of Cookeville; uncle, Larry Blankenship of Lincoln Park, NE; special friend, Thomas Franklin; and cousins, Jaime Blankenship, Deborah Blankenship, Kelsey Greer, and Richie Blankenship.
