Donna Lafever

SILVER POINT-Memorial Graveside service for Donna Lee LaFever, 68 of Silver Point, will be Friday, May 27 at 1 PM at LaFever Cemetery on Joe Jones Road in Silver Point . The family will receive friends at the cemetery. Mrs. LaFever died Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at Ascension St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville. She was born May 27, 1953 in Michigan to the late Joe and Zola Rector Hensley. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Hal "Silver" Dennis LaFever on August 3, 2021, sister, Rita DeWeese, brothers, Paul Thomas Stewart and James Armel Stewart who died in infancy. Donna was a retired Phlebotomist with Cookeville Regional Medical Center with over 35 years of service. She enjoyed playing bingo, sewing and watching westerns on TV. Survivors include daughters, Holley LaFever and husband Youngho Kim of Centreville, VA, Jessica and husband Raymond Conley of Cookeville; sons, Hayden LaFever and friend Sampson Martin of Silver Point, Jason Rich and wife Jung Eun Spence of Cookeville; sisters, Mary Jane White of Rockwood, Faye Ramsey of Jackson County; brother, Gary Stewart of Cookeville; grandson Oliver Conley.
