COOKEVILLE-Graveside service and interment for Donna Fern Dunn Johnson, 68, of Cookeville will be Saturday, August 26 at 1 PM at Pleasant View Cemetery with Bro. Frank Davis officiating. The family will receive friends at the cemetery following the service. Mrs. Johnson died Tuesday morning, August 22, 2017 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. She was born June 21, 1949 in Putnam County to the late Isaac "IKE" and Juanita Hutchings Dunn. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother James Edward Dunn. Survivors include daughters Melissa Sweat of Cookeville and Glenda Dunn of Lewisburg, sisters Patricia Fields of Baxter and Annette Altes of Knoxville, brother Lonnie Dunn of Baxter, grandchildren: Cassaundra Sweat, Jason Wandell and James Randall Gaw.
