Donald Joseph Balagna

Mr. Donald Joseph Balagna, age 82, of Baxter, passed away Monday, April 9, 2012 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. Mr. Balagna was born February 18, 1930 in Detroit, MI to the late Ernesto and Madalena Costa Balagna, who had migrated to the U.S. from Italy. Before his retirement, Donald owned a Christmas store in St. Clair Shores, Michigan. Mr. Balagna is survived by 3 nieces and 1 nephew, and a dear Friend, Thomas Doran. He was preceded in death by his parents , 4 sisters, Manda De Maria, Delphine Ciccotelli, Alma Ricci, and Mary Valerio, and 1 brother, Jimmie Balagna. Cremation has been chosen, and no services are planned at this time.
