Graveside services for Ravon Donell (Don) Nash, age 78, of Cookeville, will be held Thursday, July 20 at 11:00 a.m. in the Nash Cemetery with military honors. Visitation with the family will follow services at the cemetery. Mr. Nash went home to be with the Lord Monday morning, July 17, 2017 at 11:30 a.m. at Signature Health Care in Algood. Donell was born Aug 14, 1938, 8th District in Baxter, TN to the late Charlie Bonell Nash & Dollie Allison Nash. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three sisters, Anna Ruth Nash, Geneva Elrod and Juanita Martin; and two brothers, Kenneth Nash & Rev. Leonard Doyle Nash. Donell is survived by his wife, Darlene Nash, his three children, Amy Lee Nash Sisco (Roy), Ravon Donell Nash, Jr. and Christopher Brian Nash, two step-sons, Jerry Hawkins & Harold Croney, three grandchildren, Alyson N. Nash, Dara D. Nash & Marcus Payton Raines, three step-grandsons, Isaiah Hawkins, Justice Hawkins and Logan Croney and two great-grandchildren; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Donell served his country in the US Army. Donell was a Cookeville business owner. He owned & operated Nash Entertainment Center & Sword & Stein Supper Club.
