COOKEVILLE CHAPEL - Dixie Lee Mulford, a beloved homemaker and caring individual, passed away peacefully on November 25, 2024 at NHC of Cookeville. Born on January 26, 1949, in, Ventura, California, Dixie devoted her life to her family and community, leaving an indelible mark on all who her.
For fifty-eight wonderful years, she was the loving wife of Curtis Mulford. Together they built a life filled with love, laughter, and cherished. Her legacy continues through her granddaughter, Taylor Lovio, who brought immense joy to her life.
Dixie was not only a devoted family member but also an animal lover with a passion for visiting local Mennonite communities. Her warm spirit and caring nature touched the lives of many, making her a respected and admired figure among friends and acquaintances.
She is deeply missed by her husband and granddaughter, as well as all who had the privilege of knowing her. Dixie is now reunited with her parents, Luther and Geneva Mulford, and her daughter, Kyndele Lovio, who have preceded her in death.
No services are planned. The impact of Dixie's love and kindness will be forever remembered. May she rest in peace.
