Denise Dillon

Private graveside services and interment for Dora Denise Dillon, age 68 of Cookeville, were held at Hensley Cemetery in Jackson County, TN. Denise passed away Wednesday December 29, 2021 art Cookeville Regional Medical Center. She was born May 9, 1953 in Highland Park, MI to Dora Loftis Gentry of Cookeville and the late James Bennett Gentry. Denise was a member of Antioch Church of Christ. She was a loving mother, grandmother with a heart of gold. Her kindness and willingness to do anything for others will be missed. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her son, Joshua (Jessica) Dillon, daughters, Jessica Dillon and Angela Stone; sister, Melissa Allison all of Cookeville; and grandchildren, Shane and Triston Stone. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Darrell Dillon; and brother, Keith Gentry. Hooper Huddleston and Horner Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
