Funeral Services for Debra Lynn Williams, 59 of Cookeville, will be held Thursday, January 2, 2020, at 11:00 pm from the Cookeville chapel of Hooper-Huddleston & Horner Funeral Home. Bro. Larry Self will officiate. Entombment will follow in Crest Lawn Cemetery. Her family will receive friends Thursday, January 2, 2020 from 10 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home. Debra passed away on Sunday, December 29, 2019 at her home. She was born January 30, 1960, in Putnam County, TN to the late Reba Ray. Debra was a joyful person who loved life. She enjoyed days spent with family and friends at Dale Hollow and was an animal lover. She is survived by her sister, Brenda White of Sparta; niece, Tracy Roach and husband, Scott; and nephew, Brian Webb and wife, Kelly; granddaughter, Lacey Williams; step daughter, Jaime Craighead and husband Chad; and by many friends. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband of 26 years, James Roy Williams and by brother, Terry Ray.
