Deborah Clark

Graveside services and interment for Deborah Carol Clark, 46 of Cookeville, will be held Thursday November 12, 2015 at 2 p.m. at Anderson & Son Memorial Park in Lafayette, TN. Her cousin, Hugh Wayne Clark will officiate. Her family will receive friends following services at the cemetery. Deborah died Monday evening November 9, 2015 in Upper Cumberland Hospice and Palliative Care in Cookeville. She was born on October 7, 1969 in Huntsville, Alabama to Coleman and Elsa Mae Bray Clark. Deborah was a life-long member of Collegeside Church of Christ and an associate at Walmart of Cookeville. Deborah was preceded in death by her beloved mother and best friend, Elsa Clark, maternal grandparents, Ben Alexander and Turie Newman Bray; paternal grandparents, Phelps D. & Ethel Keith Clark, and beloved uncle, Keith Clark. Survivors include her father and step-mother, Coleman and Sharon Clark of Cookeville, brother and sister-in-law, Curtis and Kendra Clark; nephews, Christopher and Michael Clark, all of Hoschton, Georgia. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 332 North Lauderdale, Memphis, TN 38105 for cancer research or Happy Haven Children's Home, 2311 Wakefield Drive, Cookeville, TN 38501.
