David Wilson

Funeral Services for David Gibson Wilson, age 73, of White County, will be Wednesday Morning, November 26, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Dyer Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Howard Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening, November 25, 2014 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Mr. Wilson passed away Sunday evening, November 23, 2014 at his home and surrounded by his loving family. He was born November 14, 1941 in Clarkrange, TN to the late John H. Wilson and Golda Lee Key Wilson. David was a retired machinist from the Duriron Corporation and served the Lord as a Freewill Baptist Minister for 34 years, and was passionate about talking about the goodness of God to is friends, and anyone who would talk with him. Mr. Wilson loved collecting and caring for Aseel chickens. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather, and will be missed by all. David is survived by his wife of fifty one years, Juanita Randolph Wilson, as well as three children; John Wilson (wife Lisa), Randy Wilson (wife Tonia) and Vicky Wilson Luna (husband Philip) all of Sparta, one brother; Donald Wilson (wife Beverly) of Sparta and six grandchildren; Amber Wilson Simpson (husband Kyle), Jonny Lee Wilson, Jessica Wilson, Rachel Luna Simmons (husband Gabriel), Seth Luna, and Dalton Wilson. In addition to his parents, Mr. Wilson was preceded in death by one sister, Doris Caton. Pallbearers will be family and friends. Bro. Jack Taylor and Bro. Tommy Phillips will be conducting the services. .
