David Mahler

Graveside Funeral Services for Charles David Mahler, age 64, of Cookeville, will be Wednesday, August 15, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. at Cookeville City Cemetery with burial to follow. Mr. Mahler passed away Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at his daughter's home and surrounded by his family. He was born July 1, 1948 in Cookeville to the late Ralph E. Mahler and Dimple Boatman Mahler David wes the owner of t Mahler's Motor Cycle Shop for many years. David is survived by three children; Jeff Mahler and wife Peggy, Candra Sparks and husband Chris, and Sarah McAlpin and husband Chuck. He is also survived by one sister, Joyce Borden and husband Jimmy as well as six grandchildren; LeShay Mahler, Paxton Mahler, Clayton Sparks, Chloe Sparks, Blaine McAlpin and Mahler McAlpin. Pallbearers will be Jimmy Beasley, Steve Storie, Richard Helms, Eddie Anderson, Will Roberts, B.R. Freeman, Bobby Vanhouser, and Roger Strimple. Honorary pallbearers will be Armand bussell, Rick Swift and tommy Julian. Will Roberts and Steve 'Postman' Henry will officiate at the service.
