A memorial service for Mr. Danny Kenneth Hacker, age 63, of Cookeville, will be held Wednesday, February 13 at 1 p.m. at the Cookeville chapel of Hooper-Huddleston & Horner Funeral Home. Steve Overholt will officiate. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 11 a.m. until service time at the funeral home. Dan passed away Monday February 4, 2019 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He was born March 20, 1955 in Detroit, Michigan to Patricia King Sigman and the late Dale Hacker. He was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses and was a member of the West Congregation in Cookeville. Dan has worked in insurance sales since the 1980s. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his wife of 43 years, Anna Mae Kolbe Hacker. In addition to his mother, survivors include his sister, Cynthia Sigman Bonasse, nephews, Bobby Edward and Michael Bonasse; brothers-in-law, Harold Thomas Kolbe and Jerry Fred Kolbe; and by lifelong family friend, Sara Stockton.
