Dale Andrews

Mr. Dale "Fran" Andrews, 77, of Cookeville passed away Saturday, December 1, 2012. There will be no service or visitation. He will be laid to rest at Maskill Cemetery next to his beloved wife, in Union County. He was born March 6, 1935 on the east side of Delaware OH. He married Sandra Lou Jervis, also of Delaware, September 6, 1957. He retired from General Motors, Defiance Ohio in 1993. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Fraternal Order of Eagles, the United Auto Workers Union, Grace Methodist Church in Delaware, St Paul"�s Methodist Church in Defiance and Algood United Methodist Church in Algood TN. Anyone that met him was instantly his friend. Mr. Andrews was preceded in death by his wife, Sandy; his parents, Gladys and William Andrews; brothers, Tom and Bus; sisters, June and Marilyn. He is survived by his brother, Bid Andrews of Delaware; and six children, Lori Cook of Crossville TN, Dale "Tony" Andrews of Bryan, OH, Tom Andrews of Rome, IN, Beth Andrews of Bryan, OH, Connie Greer of Luna Pier, MI and Katherine Kidd of Sparta, TN; thirteen grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
