Corina Carr

Private family graveside service for Corina Carr, 76 of Silver Point, was Monday, April 5 at Smellage Memory Gardens in the Boma Community of Putnam County. Bro. Herb Leftwich officiated. Mrs. Carr died Friday night, April 2, 2021 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. She was born May 19, 1944 in DeKalb County to the late J.R. and Ethel Jones Huddleston. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, David J. "Wink" Carr on August 5, 2008; and a son, Quint Carr. She was a retired assembler in factory work. She was a 1962 graduate of Upperman High School in Baxter. She enjoyed gardening, working in her flowers and genealogy research. Survivors include son, Harlan Carr of Silver Point; granddaughter, Harley Carr and husband Michael McDonald of Silver Point; sister and brother-in-law, Odelene and Richard "Shorty" Pullum of Baxter; niece, Kristi and husband Danny Burton; nephew, David Musgrave and wife Kimberly.
