Constance Cirocco

A Memorial Service for Mrs. Constance C. Cirocco, age 93, of Cookeville, will be held Wednesday, April 12th at 4:00 p.m. at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church with Father Chad Puthoff officiating. Visitation will be held following the service at the church. Mrs. Cirocco died Friday, April 7, 2017 at Signature Health Care of Putnam County. She was born January 24, 1924 in Buffalo, New York to the late Angelo and Mary Gentile Cicatello. She attended school in Buffalo and married Herman Paul Cirocco on June 1, 1953. They were members of St. Margaret's Church while living in Buffalo. Constance and Hermon moved to Ft. Lauderdale, FL, where they resided for 38 years and were members of St. Elizabeth's Church. She owned Italian restaurants and was an interior decorator. They moved to Cookeville in 2006 and have been members of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. Friendly and outgoing, Constance was a social butterfly who loved volunteering to serve others. She enjoyed cooking and entertaining. She had many friends and will be dearly missed. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by grandson, Charlie Persico; brothers, Salvatore Cicatello and Anthony Cicatello; and by sister, Anna Lourciano. She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Herman P. Cirocco; daughter, Deborah Ann (Raymond) Malouin of Cookeville; son, William Paul (Louise) Cirocco of San Francisco, CA; grandchildren, Julianna Salvotre Persico, William Paul Cirocco, and Sarah (Nick) Perlet; and by great grandchildren, Dominic and Charlotte.
