Connie Wray Cooper

Funeral services for Mrs. Connie Wray Cooper, age 55, of Cookeville, will be Monday evening, September 29, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Dyer Funeral Home. Burial will be Tuesday morning, September 30, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at West Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday, September 29 from 4:00 p.m. until the time of the service. Connie was born March 19, 1959 in Lakewood, Ohio to the late Clarence Covert and Marylin Perry Covert. She enjoyed spending time at the lake, painting, playing cards with friends, and most of all playing with her grandchildren. She and her husband Jacky attended Midway Baptist Church. Mrs. Cooper is survived by her husband, Jacky Floyd Cooper, and four children; Kenneth (wife Melissa) Covert, Aliesha Keagle, Josh Jones, and Amanda (fianc Travis Knight) Cooper, all of Cookeville. In addition Connie is survived by one sister, Deborah Tucker (husband Allen) of Williamsburg, KY and five grandchildren; Chloe Covert, Alexis McCloud, Madison Rowe, DaShon Ealey, and Ayden Knight. Pallbearers will be Kenneth Covert, Josh Jones, Andy Hitchcock, Brian Davidson, Travis Knight and George Boles. Bro. Randall Rittenberry will be conducting the service.
