Cleo Andrews

Ms. Cleo Florena Andrews, 93, of Cookeville, Tennessee, formerly of Rockville, MD passed away on May 14, 2018 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. She was the beloved wife of the late Franklin D. Andrews and daughter of the late James W. and Phoebe E. (Moyer) Rohrbaugh. She is survived by her daughter Dayna Herald of Cookeville, TN and her son Danny Andrews and his wife Pamela of Portsmouth, VA; her sister Eileen Fletcher of Germantown, MD; and five grandchildren, five great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren. Relatives and friends will be received at PUMPHREY'S COLONIAL FUNERAL HOME, 300 W. Montgomery Ave., (Rt. 28 just off I-270), Rockville, MD on Thursday, May 17, 2018 from 6-8 pm. A Graveside Service will be held at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 13801 Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring, MD on Friday, May 18, 2018 at 10:00 am.
