Funeral services for Clayton Mark Randall, age 34, of Cookeville, will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday September 7 at the Cookeville Chapel of Hooper Huddleston and Horner Funeral Home with Rev. Johnny Bowman officiating. Interment will military honors will follow in the Sgt. Wesley Tucker Cemetery in Clay County. The family will receive friends Thursday from 11 a.m. until service time. Clayton passed away suddenly Sunday, September 3, 2017 at his home. He was born October 28, 1982 in Houston, TX to Jamie Tisdal Tucker and Steven Randall. Clayton was a decorated US Army Veteran having served in Operation Iraqi Freedom. He served as a Calvary Scout and was a recipient of the Army Achievement Medal and Purple Heart. He is survived by his mother and step-father, Jamie and Darrell Tucker of Gainesboro; father and step-mother, Steve and Sharon Randall of Baxter; brother, Wesley Randall of Cookeville; step-brothers, Jason (Kate) Chaffin of Hendersonville, Jeremy (Brittany) Davis of Baxter; step-sisters, Jordan (Ben) Coonce of Baxter, Amber (Andy) Hall of Hilham, Maleia (Steve) Jacobs of Murfreesboro; nephew, Zach Randall; and grandmother, Jean Watts. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
