Private family memorial services for Claire Yvonne Ouimet-Dodd, 93 of Cookeville will be held at a later date. Mrs. Dodd died Saturday April 14, 2012 in National Health Care of Cookeville. She was born March 5, 1919 in Ville Saint-Pierre, Quebec, Canada to the late Charles and Eva Dextrase Ouimet. She was a retired Millinery Designer and Model in Montreal, Canada. She was a devoted wife and beloved aunt. She came to live in Cookeville in May 2011. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Jerry Dodd who died August 24, 2011, sister Mignonne Ouimet, brother Jean Paul Ouimet. Survivors include brother Bernard Ouimet of Montreal, Canada, Nieces & Nephews: Marie Ferran, Marcella Ferran & Karen Dubree all of Cookeville, Kim Ferran of Ft. Lauderdale, Fl., Greg and wife Machelle Ferran of Murfreesboro, Tn., Great Niece & Nephews: Reba Thomas, Nicholas Ferran, Christopher Ferran and Anthony Thomas, Special Friends: Bob Spence, Mike Walsh, Dorothy Clement, Kathleen Sklenka & Karen Brown.
