Chip Robinson

Graveside services and interment for Mr. Ernest Eugene "Chip" Robinson, 50 of Nashville and a former resident of Monterey, will be Sunday November 17 at 2 p.m. at Whittaker Cemetery in Monterey. Chip died suddenly Wednesday October 23, 2013 at his home. Chip was born November 19, 1962 in Nashville, to Mrs. Lucy Matheney Robinson of Nashville and the late Ernest Eugene Robinson. Chip graduated for Overton High School in Nashville in 1980. He earned is BS Degree in Industrial Engineering from Tennessee Tech University in 1984 and later received his Master's Degree in Special Education. While at TTU was a member of Kappa Sigma fraternity. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Erick Shawn Robinson. Survivors in addition to his mother, include two sisters, Pamela (Philip) Duer and Marcia (Phillip) Hutto all of Nashville.
