Charlotte Lugar

Charlotte Ann Luger, age 72 of Cookeville, passed away Monday evening September 21, 2020 at her home. No services are planned. Charlotte was born July 30, 1948 in Winchester, KY. She was a homemaker and member of Sequatchie Valley Church of Christ in Pikeville, TN. She is survived by three sons, Bradley Lugar of Cookeville, Kevin Lugar of Venice, FL, and Jeffrey Lugar of Livingston, TN; brother, Anthony Ockomon; and four grandchildren, Mitchell Shepherd, Mia Lugar, Renee Doll, and Casey Shepherd.
