Carolyn Tiemeyer, a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully at Cookeville Regional Medical Center on September 18, 2023. Born on July 2, 1943, in Kirksville, MO, Carolyn lived a full and vibrant life marked by her love for her family, her feisty spirit, and her unwavering loyalty.


Carolyn was a homemaker by profession, a role she embraced with passion and dedication. She created a warm and nurturing environment for her family, always ensuring that her home was a place of love, comfort, and joy. Her caring nature extended beyond her family, touching the lives of many who were fortunate enough to know her. Carolyn's feisty spirit was a testament to her resilience and strength, traits that inspired those around her. Her loyalty was unwavering, a quality that was deeply appreciated by her loved ones.


Carolyn is survived by her two sons, Scott (Lisa) Tiemeyer of Ooltewah, TN and Chris (Michelle) Tiemeyer of Knoxville, TN. She was a proud grandmother to Ryan (Shiba) Tiemeyer, Justin Tiemeyer, Blake Tiemeyer, and Sydney Tiemeyer, and proud great-grandmother to Arie and Zane Tiemeyer. She is also survived by her brother, Sonny Warden of Cookeville; and her sister, Phyllis (Charles) Richardson of Lebanon, MO.


She was preceded in death by her parents, Hall Mosley and Zola Shearer Warden. Carolyn was also predeceased by her beloved husband, Ronald Tiemeyer, whom she missed dearly and looked forward to being reunited with.


Carolyn's love for her family was evident in everything she did. Her family was her world, and she was their rock, providing unwavering support and love in every situation.


In accordance with Carolyn's wishes, she will be cremated without a formal service. Her legacy of love and devotion will live on in the hearts of those she left behind.
