Graveside services and interment for Mrs. Caroline DeFazio, age 89 of Cookeville, will be held Thursday, August 22nd at 9:00 a.m. at Smyrna Cemetery. Visitation will follow the service at the cemetery. She was born June 26, 1930 in California. She passed away Thursday, August 15, 2019 at Signature Healthcare of Putnam County in Algood.
