Funeral Services for Calvin McMillan Stewart, 103 of Baxter will be Monday, July 4 at 1 P.M. from the Baxter Chapel of Hooper Huddleston Horner Funeral Home. Interment will follow Smellage Cemetery. Mr. Stewart died Friday evening, July 1, 2011 at Bethesda Health Care Center. He was born April 12, 1908 in Putnam County to the late William "BILL"� Calvin and Elizabeth Herron Stewart. He was a retired farmer. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by wife of 75 years Glendol Lee Carr Stewart who died on Sept. 3, 2006; and a granddaughter Yvonne Pawlecki; three sisters Virgie Harris, Cheerful Herron, Malissie Statom; and four brothers Grover, Jack, George and Woodrow Stewart Survivors inclued son, Davis Stewart of Baxter; daughter Linda Lou Williams of Lincoln Park, Michigan; three grandchildren: Pati Hardy of Sparta, Tracy Erlacher of Knoxville and Dennis Gaw of Silver Point; seven great-grandchildren, Angie Garrett, Dreama Bush, Chris & Bryan Pawlecki, Star, Dennis & Shane Gaw; and twelve great-great-grandchildren. Family & friends will serve as pallbearers Jeanie Lee will officiate. Family will receive friends Sunday from 4 to 8 P.M. and Monday from 11 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
