Bruce Carson

Mr. Bruce Alexander Carson, 74 of Cookeville and a long time resident of Knoxville, TN, died Monday morning May 19, 2014 in Signature Healthcare of Putnam County (Masters). His family has chosen cremation and no services are planned. Bruce was born August 19, 1939 in Washington, DC to the late Richard and Ruth Brown Carson. He retired owner/operator of Knoxville's Royal Crown Bottling Company. Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Emily and Tod Bell of Franklin, TN; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Bruce and Penny Carson, JR of Daytona Beach, FL and Bryan Carson of Knoxville; seven grandchildren, Hudson (Katelyn) Bell, Madeline (Matt) Akin, Faith (John) Butcher, Caroline Bell, Molly Bell, Noah Bell, and April Carson.
