Brenda C. Bandy

Graveside services will be held for Mrs. Brenda Carolyn Clinton Bandy, age 70, of Cookeville, on Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. in the Smyrna Cemetery. Brenda departed from this life Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at Bethesda Health Care Center. She was born November 13, 1943 to the late Ernest Bracey Clinton and Ruby G. Chaffin Clinton. Mrs. Bandy was a retired teacher and spent many years employed with Putnam County Board of Education. She loved her family and had great interest in gardening and flowers. Mrs. Bandy is survived her brother, Gary Clinton of Cookeville; one niece, Bracie Rogers of Cookeville; two great nephews, Coby and Caleb Rogers of Cookeville. She is also survived by a special friend, Faye Borden of Cookeville. In addition to her parents, Brenda was preceded in death by her son, Michael Clinton. Pallbearers will be family and friends with Bro. Jonathan Angle conducting the services.
