Bob Lowry

GARDEN CITY MICHIGAN-Mr. Robert Lowry, age 72 of Garden City, Michigan, died suddenly Tuesday May 2, 2017 in Cookeville (TN) Regional Medical Center from injuries sustained from an automobile accident. Mr. Lowry was born April 7, 1945 in Detroit to the late Carl Oscar and Josephine Margarette Farmer Lowry. He attended Detroit schools and always loved the old neighborhood of his youth. Bob worked in maintenance in the Railroad Industry. A dedicated follower of His Lord Jesus Christ, Bob was a loving father, brother and husband. He is now reunited with his late son Jody. He will be dearly missed by many, and was loved by all who knew him. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by son, Jody Lowry; sister, June Morales and brother, James Lowry. He is survived by his adoring family, wife, Kathyrn Bracewell Lowry (whom he married April 9, 2005 in Lincoln Park); sons, Terry Lowry of San Francisco, CA and Jeremiah (Chelsea) Lowry; daughter, Mistine (Doug Nasery) Lowry; sisters, Mary Catherine "Kitty" Ramirez and Margaret O'Neal; and step-children, Dana Toreson and James Toreson, all of Michigan.
