Main, Rushville, Ind. 46173, (765)932-3914. Burial will be in East Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends after 1 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home. Mr. Herbert died Friday, Sept. 26, 2008, at his home in Baxter.
