Betty Rimbey

Mrs. Betty Jane Rimbey, age 96, of Cookeville, passed away suddenly Monday evening, December 19, 2016 at her home. Memorial services will be held at a later date. She was born June 17, 1920 in Rockbridge County, VA to the late Ethel Potter Pultz. Mrs. Rimbey was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Rimbey; daughter, Sharon Seffron; great grand-daughter, Kimberly Edwards; and two brothers, Carl Carmichael and Don Hall. She is survived by four grandchildren, Betsie Sharp of Cookeville, Bobby Edwards of Chattanooga, Ray Munyon, and Leslie Munyon, both of Phoenix, AZ; eight great-grandchildren, Jessica Schlienz, Jennifer Gunnels, Jayme McCullough, Jacelynn Phillips, Robbie Edwards, Faith Edwards, Arrow Munyon, and Ashley Blalock; and seven great great-grandchildren, Raylen Reynolds, Jiana McCullough, Junior Smith, Kolby Phillips, Skyla Blalock, Gracie Blalock, and Roselie Valentine.
